The recipe

Now I finally got the picture over on my computer and the recipe for cupcakes translated. So here you go I will let the pictures speak for itself. If you have any questions feel free to ask them in the comment felt below. I will be happy to hear from you 🙂

Recipe for chocolate cupcakes (12 cupcakes)

3.53 oz Flour

0.705 oz Cocoa

5 oz Sugar

1 ½ tsp Baking soda

A pinch Salt

1.41 oz Butter

0.51 cups Milk

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla sugar

1.76 oz Dark chopped chocolate 70 %

Preheat the oven to 338 degrees °F.

  1. Mix butter, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt together with a hand mixer to all the ingredients is mixed well together.
  2. Whip milk, egg and vanilla sugar together in another bowl.
  3. Then mix the two bowls together. Whip until you get an even consistence.
  4. Mix the chopped chocolate lightly in the dough.
  5. Put the paper cups in a bun tin and fill the forms 2/3 (about two tablespoons).
  6. Bake the cupcakes 20 -25 minutes and make them cool off before putting on the frosting.

Chocolate frosting:

10.58 oz Icing sugar/ powdered sugar

3.53 oz Butter

0.17 cups Milk

1.76 oz melted dark chocolate 70 %

  1. Melt the chocolate and let it cool off before it’s mixed in with the other ingredients.
  2. Whip the icing sugar/powdered sugar and butter, and then pour in the milk.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate in – the longer the frosting is whipped, the fluffier it gets

Opskrift på chokolade cupcakes (12 stk):

100 g mel

20 g usødet kakao

140 g sukker

1 ½ tsk. bagepulver

lidt salt

40 g blødt smør

1,2 dl letmælk

1 æg

1 tsk. vaniljesukker

50 g hakket mørk chokolade 70%

Forvarm ovnen til 170 grader.

  1. Pisk smør, mel, sukker, kakao, bagepulver og salt med en elmikser, til alle ingredienser er blandet sammen.
  2. Pisk mælk, æg og vaniljesukker sammen i en anden skål.
  3. Bland de to skåles indhold sammen. Pisk til en glat konsistens opnås.
  4. Vend den hakkede chokolade i dejen.
  5. Put papirsforme i en metalmuffinsform og fyld formene 2/3 op til kanten.
  6. Bag 20 – 25 minutter og lad cupcakes afkøle inden frostingen smøres på.

Chokolade frosting:

300 g flormelis

100 g blødt smør

0,4 dl letmælk

50 g smeltet mørk chokolade 70%

  1. Smelt chokoladen til frostingen og lad den køle af, den skal være kold inden den røres med de øvrige ingredienser.
  2. Pisk flormelis og smør og tilsæt mælken.
  3. Pisk den smeltede chokolade i – jo længere frostingen piskes, dets lettere bliver den.
